About Kate… and Adam

A couple of evenings ago, I saw ‘About Adam‘. I was intrigued by this film, mainly because it was announced as a ‘romantic comedy’, but turned out to be not entirely what I thought of it. Now don’t get me wrong here, although I’m a big fan of romantic comedies, I really liked ‘About Adam’. But this Irish production had a lot in common with many British productions. Coldplay meets Amélie Poulain

I love the videoclip of Coldplay’s ‘Life in Technicolor II‘! And it seems that the puppets not only had a lot of fun rocking in the clip, they are also sending us postcards from all over the world, following the footsteps of Amélie Poulain‘s garden gnome! However, there is no picture from Werchter. Did they think Belgium wasn’t cool enough to be on a postcard? Didn’t they have time to visit Leuven? Were the cows in the Werchter’s meadows lousy models? It’s an enigma, for sure!
